Ingredients:
2 quarts of water (8 cups)
1 1/2 cups sugar
8 allspice berries (whole)
6 cinnamon sticks
24 cloves
1 gallon of apple cider
1 12-oz can of tangerine-orange (or other mixed citrus, I've even done orange-mango) juice reconstituted (6 cups)
Directions
Boil water and sugar together for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and add allspice berries, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. Let sit for an hour, then add apple cider and citrus juice. Let sit for 24 hours. Warm to serve.
