Ingredients:
2 ripe Mangos, finely diced
1 ripe pineapple, finely diced
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
4 green onions, thinly sliced (greens only)
1 jalapeno pepper, ribs and seeds removed, finely diced
1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Juice of one lime
1 tsp. salt (if too salty, add some sugar)
1 tbsp canola or olive oil
Combine ingredients and toss.
