Ingredients:
4 eggs, separated
4 c flour
1 T baking soda
1 t salt
1 cup oil
4 c buttermilk
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients
2. Add oil, buttermilk, and egg yolks.
3. Whip egg whiltes (for fluffy batter) and fold into batter.
