Slow Cooker Sunday: White Bean Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast
3 cans (15 oz) great northern beans (white beans)
1 (16 oz) jar salsa, fresh or canned
8 oz grated pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons cumin

    Directions
    1. Poach and shred chicken breasts

    2. Combine chicken, beans, salsa, cheese, broth and cumin in a slow cooker. 3. Cook on high for for 4 to 5 hours.
